I tried Kebab

In Manchester, there are lots of kebabish outlets. I had never tried a kebab before even though it had been a year since I first came to Manchester. Unintentionally, I had tried it just now. Kebab is a type of Middle East cuisine where grilled meat (all kinds of meat except pork) are serve on a skewer, with pita bread or salad. This is how Kebab looks like. Wern told me that Malaysia do sell kebab too, it's weird I had never tried one before. I guess Malaysia do have plenty of food to choose from but I missed out Kebab, imagine!!
My stomach started to growl after shopping with Wern just now. I was planning to buy a "roast to go" chicken at Asda to bring back home at first but as we were waiting for the bus to arrive, I spotted a kebabish take away outlet just beside the bus station.
The hungriness and curiosity in me urged me to have a look at that shop. As I looked through the menu, I cancelled my initial plan to Asda and ordered myself a Döner kebab. The first kebab which I had, Döner kebab served with pita bread and salad.Pita bread at the bottom while salads on top. The mouth watering Kebab was just wrapped in between them. These are the Kebab!! Looks nice? Indeed! It costs me 4 pounds for this meal but I didn't regret it as I think its worth a try and its really delicious!!
The bus which we took were quite pack just now. Actually there were some empty seat behind me but some people simplypreferred to stand. We had to squeeze through those crowd of people in order for us to get off the bus by the time it reached the station. **frustrated** SEAT PEOPLE! SEAT! YOU GUYS ARE BLOCKING THE WAY!! **didn't they realise that?!?!**

Cindy.. Uve just tried kebab only now? It surprised me really! Actually it started business in Sabah here, if im not wrong, should be when you were in your secondary years. Me and your father did go and have it tried out maybe a few times. We found that its really not nice so we stop patronising it. I think it isnt that popular over here, thats why its outlet is getting less and less. We didnt bring you along that time, most probably is bcs, that time you liked to hide inside your room. You did everythings inside it, even eating your foods there which was carried in by kakak. Most of d times, i even saw kakak feeding you!(remember it? Thinking back, dont you think you were quite bad? Hehehe..) When we asked you to go out with us, you would say; "no.. What you people did was only to go and eat.." But i think this seems to be what you relished in now. Is it retribution or is it bad habit influenced by us. D later seems to be more like it.

The salad that comes with it looks very healthy. Its very beautifully garnished too. Looks real delicious! So unlike d one we have here. D same as d bus over there. It looks so luxurious. So unlike d one we have here. Ours over here are narrow, dirty, very low, sometimes very smelly too. Thats probably why chinese especially never choose to use this type of transport. Its more o less like death sentence to some of them if they were to be force to use it. Its no wonder why when compared to d one oversea!

Ive forgotten to keep you update on d condition of d gsc cinema which you were so fond of. Do you know its now very dirty, smelly even. The air-conditioning seems to be not working properly. Instead of going there to relax n enjoy yourself, you are feeling suffocating instead. N to think you are being confined to a tiny space n seat, its really bewildering..

D last time we were there, there was even water (dont know whats that!) all over d seats handles. Some spilled to d seats too. Luckily we were there a bit earlier when d lights not completely out yet. Imagine what wd happened if we were to arrive when d lights out? Only one explanation to these all. Ie, whatever things o place thats been patronised by these piggy, its bound to be in this condition. Maybe this is whats their culture is. So dont rindu that place anymore. Since that time, we never go there anymore. Your father said its a sort of high class torturing. I solely agree. If not, what else?

Thinks that all for now.. Love always.. Mommoi
