Cardiff - Capital of Wales 2

Today I had an outing with Joanne. I accompanied her the whole day shopping for stuffs. She looks good with her new hair cut.

COMPARED TO

I had just received the Cardiff photos from Mindy. I smile to myself as I look through all those photos. Well, I guess I really had a good time back there!!This was the first place I visited, The Millennium Stadium. This was the place where Rugby World Cup 2007, match between Australian and Wales was held. Its such a massive building.

Then we headed to Millennium Centre. The brown building behind me, see it?

See it?see it? Most of the postcard sold at Cardiff has its picture on it. Somehow, I guess it signifies Cardiff as well.

We snapped a photo in front of a weird pillar which water flow through non stop. After that, we took our walk to Cardiff Bay.

We spotted this building with a special roof along Cardiff Bay. **Unique huh?**
Jack and Mindy were like two playful kittens. Jack was trying to snap the pillar with water flowing at first but then Mindy jump into the scene.

Jack slided down the stairs while Mindy snapped him.**were they cute** I just love being around with them, they made me happy.

Mindy and I took this photo at Cardiff bay.

I just love this picture, scenery of Cardiff Bay and me.

I also took pictures with statues along Cardiff Bay.
Suddenly we saw a weird building. The sign board said it is a souvenir store but it looks like this. The oval shape building, does it look like a store to you?

We were lucky as it wasn't close yet, so we went in to have a look. Impressive!! We found a miniature of "The City Of Cardiff" displayed at the center of the shop.

It looks so fine and I can tell you that it is a piece of exquisite work. The miniature gave me a certain feeling. The feeling was like looking down from a plane when its about to land. **can I take it home as a souvenir??I just like it so much!**

IKEA CARDIFF is the second largest IKEA store in UK and here I found its miniature. The miniature is already that big so I guess the store must be HUGE. **I am speechless**

Picture of me with and a Cardiff yard.

Some of the funny pictures we took inside the store.

I named this picture "Jack stuck to the wall"

This picture I named it "Sisters posing"

3 of us took this picture before we leave Cardiff Bay. **Bye Bye~I miss Cardiff Bay**

****************************************************************************

We went to Cardiff Castle on the second day of our trip. A 200 years old historical building.

At the entrance of the castle

The tour trip inside the castle, it cost us 5.95 pound per person.

We climbed steep stairs

And finally, we reached the top of the castle... ...
200 years old Cardiff Castle, blue blue sky, green green grass and me
One of the painting on the wall in the castle, can you spot the invisible prince? Look closer, it is just in front of you.**Not cheating**

Before we leave the castle

*******************************************************************************
After that, we took the city sightseeing bus

See capitol? their shopping centre

The tour bus happened to pass by our hotel, PARK INN

We dropped by The Museum of Cardiff

Outside a park opposite the museum

Lovely flowers

Inside the souvenir store

Great toy

Cute chess

Their bread stall

Largest Welsh Lovespoon

In short, we had been to Cardiff!!

Whoa.. lots of breath-taking photos, so beautiful.. makes me learn really lots abt Cardiff indeed. but among all, i still like their flowers most. So beautiful n so well maintained. So unlike d one we have over here. D scenery of those lovely sea reminds me of one we had over here. But again, with d same things but ours not fully made use off, left wasted.. This is our Malaysia. So learn more, experienced more while u r there.. Its waiting for d few of you to come back to turn it into something more beautiful. If not no one wl. Haha..

I feel surprised to see d buns displayed in such way, uncovered. Imagine what wd happened back here if its displayed in such way. In no time, it wd be covered with dust. That place must be very clean.

But i looked n looked.. I cant see d invincible prince. Invisible should be more like it. But one thing very obvious is, he did performed his duty too well. Ie, by prefering n old woman. Hurray, long live d prince!

Lots of lovely photo of yours too. But frankly speaking, i still prefer to see d real you. I think you looked much more better, more beautiful when i watched you from d web cam that day before you left for Cardiff. Nvm, as its for remembrance sack, d happy n wonderful time you had with your friends.. Love always, Mommoi

You should have gone to the valley just out side cardiff, a place called Pontypridd. Much better than Cardiff, but not near its size :)
When you come back go to the Welsh Valleys :)
